Happy New Year! We have just finished up yet another busy year that saw the completion of several new houses in Truro, Wellfleet, Eastham, and Chatham, as well as dozens of residential renovations and additions up and down the Cape from Provincetown to Barnstable, and as far away as Rhode Island. In addition, we also completed the remodeling of Joe’s Coffee and Cafe in Provincetown.
We have several major projects that will be in various stages of construction through the first half of this year, including a remodel/addition to an existing farmhouse in Eastham that will be finished any day now, an ADA-compliant vacation home on Rock Harbor in Eastham that should begin construction in the spring, and two remodels of houses on Commercial Street in Provincetown, one that just started construction and the other that should begin in the spring. We also have on-going projects in Brewster, Centerville, Eastham, Harwich, Provincetown, and Wellfleet.

We are pleased to announce that the Eastham Schoolhouse addition and renovation has been nominated for an award for historic preservation which will be determined by the Massachussets Historic Board. We hope to hear something in the next few months but to quote Oscar winners, It is an honor just to be nominated!

It has been a busy fall and winter. Although a few projects have been put on hold due to this economy, we still are seeing a lot of work in the office. We recently have sent out four completed projects to bid. Two of those are already under construction and the other two should start shortly as soon as we choose a builder. That means we will have projects at various stages of construction going on now in Centerville, Barnstable, Brewster, Orleans, Chatham, Eastham, Wellfleet, Truro, and Mystic Ct.
A couple of very nice projects have been completed recently in the Eastham area and we would be happy to take any interested parties through these houses.
On the boards now are two remodelling/renovation projects in Eastham, new house projects for Eastham and Chatham, and we are working with the Eastham Children’s Place for their day school addition. We are also doing a fast-track project in Truro where we are busy trying to stay at least one step ahead of the builder, who builds nearly as fast as we can draw.
